TICKET FAQ

Quick answers before you checkout.

Do kids under 5 need a ticket?

No. Children under five on the day of the show do not need a separate General Admission ticket. Each child must stay with a parent or legal guardian (or another responsible adult authorized by the parent or guardian) who has a valid ticket for the same day. We usually do not issue a separate QR code for complimentary child entry; staff may ask for proof of age at the door. Complimentary entry covers show-floor access only—it does not include VIP lounge, early entry, meet-and-greets, add-ons, pack breaks, or raffles unless you purchase those separately. Children age five and up need their own ticket. Full policy: Terms §4.7.1.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for weather, schedule changes, or personal plans. If CardFest Expo cancels the event, we will post refund or credit instructions on the site and email purchasers. See ticket terms.

How do I get my tickets after purchase?

After checkout you receive a confirmation email with QR codes for each ticketed item in your order. You can also open your tickets from the link on the confirmation page. Present the QR code (on your phone or printed) at entry for scanning.

Can I buy LeSean McCoy add-ons without General Admission?

Shady Experience and Shady Personal Item add-ons require a General Admission ticket in the same cart. VIP All-Access and Shady Elite include their own admission and cannot be combined with each other in one order.
